GPW at Airshow

Here are pictures of Milo Valencic's 1942 GPW S/N 76157, Dod 10/28/42 estimated Hood # 20159976, and was used as a hunting vehicle when it was bought it in 1976. Restored to current configuration 2002 - 2006: II Corps, 91st Cavalry Reconnaissance Squadron (Mechanized), Troop A, Troop B, and Troop C. A "non-divisional unit" that reported directly to Headquarters II Corps throughout the war. Which in turn detailed or "attached" it to a myriad of Infantry Divisions, Armored Divisions, and Task Forces throughout the war.

M-37 Still Rolling

This series is the 1953 Dodge M37 I bought for $500 off a Sherman Policeman in 1997. It's late Korea War vintage, painted in U.S.A.F. overseas (OCONUS) desert tan #30277.Pizzifarro Canvas made a complete set of canvas in the matching color (Just like Rat Patrol).

I drove this truck to work when I worked the Summer at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa. Basically an indestructable truck. Part of the early lineage of the Dodge Power Wagon legacy.
